We just had our garage roof replaced by Niko Roofing.  We were very happy with the customer service and skills provided by this company.  The owner responded quickly to our online quote request; he provided an estimate which was exactly the final bill.  They sent a very thorough supervisor out beforehand to check on the job and the type/colour of shingles we wanted.  The crew that came to replace the roof were very efficient and cleaned up everything after the job.  The roof looks great. Niko Roofing provided top notch service from our first contact forward.  We had several 'problems' that assessment prior to putting on new shingles.  Vlad was thorough in his assessment and provided informed options for resolution. The work team was energetic and completed the roof repairs and reshingling in one day. Just had our roof replaced with Niko Roofing. I've dealt with a large number of contractors over the last 25 years for various projects in and around our house, and the experience we had with Niko roofing was one of the best we've had. Quick to get back to me, came in to look things over, quickly got back to me with a very competitive quote. I appreciated the advice I received re which shingles to go with. After the contract was signed, a truck with materials showed up within a week, and within 2 weeks the project was completed. On the day of the install a crew of 5 was at our house at 8:00 am pronto, and they worked quickly to install the new roof. By 5:00 pm the new roof was done. Best of all, they also cleaned up all of the mess around the house, and I only found 1 nail in the yard that they wouldn't have been able to see/access (recessed under a planter). They also swept (or blew, not sure which) our cement pads and front door area so no shingle granules all over the place. We also had them replace our chimney flashing -- they inspected what we had, had a new top flashing manufactured that was far superior to the old one. The installer and I had a great conversation about how he installed it and what they had done to ensure no water gets in, I am confident that this chimney flashing will last a very long time, and I appreciated that they thought through the issues with our old chimney flashing and how they could improve it when providing the new one. All of the workers we dealt with were professional from start to finish, as was Vlad, the owner. I highly recommend Niko Roofing to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

Vlad, Giovanni and the rest of the Niko Roofing team are stand-up guys that take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction!  The went above and beyond to remedy an issue I was experiencing with water damage.  Their attention to detail and quality workmanship puts them at the top of their craft.  I have used them to replace my roof and my siding. They are very professional, punctual and a true pleasure to work with. I had an excellent experience with Niko Roofing. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable, and the quality of the installation was exceptional. The crew completed the entire roof in just 1.5 days and left the property spotless — the cleanup was outstanding. Before choosing Niko, I gathered several other quotes, including from newer companies that advertise heavily on social media. Many of them don’t even have their own crews. In the end, I decided to go with a proven, established company, and I’m very glad I did. I had recently replaced my roof with Niko Roofing. I was really with the quick replies to any messages. The installation was done fast. One of the gutters was damaged during the installation incident and they were open about it and had it replaced in less than a week. Also, I had a follow up regarding the installation and their supervisor came by to take a look and made a few adjustments and answered any question I had. Overall, I am happy with their work.
